If you are looking to make a positive change to your employment outlook, Wake Tech´s Human Resources Development (HRD) program is a great place to start. HRD provides adults with skills assessments, employability skills training, and career development counseling to succeed in today´s workforce through short-term courses, workshops, and seminars.

HRD offers classes at various locations throughout Wake County. Many of our classes are held at the Adult Education Center on Capital Boulevard, Western Wake and North campuses, the Northern (Wake Forest), Southern (Fuquay-Varina), and Eastern (Zebulon) Regional Centers, the Raleigh and Cary Employment Security offices, the Page-Walker Arts Center in Cary and Hope Baptist Church and Pullen Memorial Baptist Church, plus other places for your convenience. Classes are offered Monday through Friday. Morning, afternoon, and evening sessions are available to accommodate busy schedules.
